Texting Brightlights

Text a photo, get a price

Texting is how most people start with Brightlights Headlight Restoration. Send us a photo of your headlights and we will text you back a price — usually within the hour.

What we text you

We never send marketing texts. No offers, no discounts, no promotions.

Message frequency varies. We reply to your messages, and send up to 2 warranty check-ins per year. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Terms · Privacy Policy

Four ways to start

1. Text us

Text QUOTE — or just send a photo — to (972) 419-8585. Your first reply from us spells out what we send, how often, the standard rates disclaimer, and how to stop, with links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. After that you just get a normal conversation with us.

  • Text a photo, get a price in minutes
  • We come to you — home, work, anywhere
  • Message frequency varies; up to 2 warranty check-ins a year
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time

3. Use the form

The quote form on our homepage takes your mobile number and a photo. Texting you is optional — there is a tick box, it starts empty, and leaving it empty does not stop you getting a quote. We will email you instead.

4. Tell us in person

If we are already at your kerb, we ask before texting you. This is what the technician says, word for word:

"As part of the service I can text you about your quote, your appointment, and how your headlights are holding up while your one-year warranty is active. Message frequency varies — I reply to your messages, and I send up to two warranty check-ins a year. I never send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply depending on your plan. You can reply HELP at any time for help, or STOP to opt out completely. The terms are at brightlightsmobile.com/terms.html and the privacy policy is at brightlightsmobile.com/privacy.html. Would you like me to text you — yes or no?"

Customer: "Yes."

"Great — I'll send you a text now confirming it."

That confirmation is the same first message everyone gets, and it repeats all of the above in writing.

Stopping

Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop. Reply HELP for help. You can also just tell us in any way that reaches us — reply to a text, send an email, or say so in person. Stopping texts does not cancel your warranty and does not stop us replying by email if that is how you reached him.
